Clavelshay Dairy in Kadoma has its own adjoining cheese factory, which produces Cream Cheese, Boursin - the fabulous garlic flavoured French delight - and a range of healthy Cottage Cheeses, plain and flavoured, made from rich, delicious Jersey milk. These enjoy a very enthusiastic following and are a fine addition to a cheeseboard and as ingredients in excellent dips.
