Three Stream Smokehouse
is a leading supplier of smoked and fresh Salmon and Trout products and exclusive distribute internationally. The trout is farmed in South Africa. The Salmon is imported from Scotland, Norway, Alaska and Chile and processed, cured and smoked at Three Streams in the Franschhoek Valley.

Breco Sea food is a leading commodity trading company dealing almost exclusively in Seafood Products distributed to wholesalers around Southern Africa and to a lesser extent worldwide. The buying, processing, packaging, wholesaling and distribution of marine finfish, shellfish and crustaceans is their core business. All the sourced fish is either sold on as whole, fillets, portions, cutlets or as in the case of Snoek sometimes salted.

Cremalat Cheese is a family business which demonstrates that famous Italian creativity. Producing a diverse range of Italian style cheeses in Gauteng, South Africa, Cremalat brings great tasting cheeses to restaurateurs and the public across the region.

McCain's frozen vegetables and other frozen foods are found in thousands of supermarket and restaurant freezers in more than one hundred and thirty countries around the world.

 

Ladismith Cheese Company (Pty) Ltd was founded in June 1999 and cheese production started in a brand new factory on 1 November 1999. The quality products from Ladismith cheeses are now available in supermarkets throughout the major centres of South Africa and Zimbabwe through the local distributor The Cheeseman. Over the time production of different type of cheeses such as Gouda, Cheddar, Edam, matured Cheddar and Green Pepper Cheddar has increased. Recently two new creamy semi-hard cheeses, named Ladismither and Old Ladismither, have been added to the range. Ladismith also produces powder products like milk powder, buttermilk, milk blends and coffee creamers.
